ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the AGRIHIVE Marketplace (“the Platform”) operated by AGRIHIVE LTD.
By using the Platform, whether as a vendor or a customer, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws in Nigeria and internationally.
2. Prohibited Products and Services
Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, or promoting any product or service that is:

Illegal under Nigerian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Firearms, explosives, or weapons.

Drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances.

Counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods.

Pornographic or sexually explicit materials.

Tobacco products, vaping devices, or e-cigarettes.

Multi-level marketing (MLM), Ponzi, or pyramid schemes.

Goods infringing intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, patents).

Items promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination.

Items restricted or prohibited by Paystack’s acceptable use rules.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors on AGRIHIVE Marketplace must:

Provide accurate and truthful product descriptions, pricing, and images.

Fulfill orders promptly and ensure products are delivered in good condition.

Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours.

Ensure all listed products comply with this Policy.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
AGRIHIVE LTD reserves the right to monitor activity on the Platform, remove listings, or suspend accounts that violate this Policy without prior notice.
